Paris Day 4

20/11
Disneyland - Val D'Europe

Woke up real early!Forgot to mention that we were living at the attic of the hotel.
As my bed was under the roof. I kept hitting on to the ceiling. What an disadvantage despite my height.

Felt bad because i led the wrong way to the next accommodation. ):

Disneyland!!!
I'm so excited about it!

We were the first few hundreds to enter though we reached there at 10am(the opening time for Disneyland).Interesting tiles...

Disneyland!
Oh thank god! It was a perfect weather.

Here we go!Queuing up at the ticket booth

52€ ticket.
-__-
So expensive!

Main Street USA!I can smell the Disney atmosphere!

First stop: Frontierland
Head off to the entrance of Big Thunder Mountain!
Somehow, this remind me of my first experience in Disneyland. Feeling so scared of all the rides. But thanks to KW. Dragged me to this very first ride in my life.

My second experience with my sis in Tokyo Disneyland! Excited but scared ride.

Surprisingly, my third experience here is totally full of excitement! After our rides.
Cool~
Raised my hands at a few occasion. Quite embarrass because no one is doing so. But who cares!
Next would be the Adventureland!
Indiana Jones!

Nee chan pointed out that we did that Indiana Jones in Tokyo Disneyland. She even sang me the Indiana Jones tune. And i remembered!! Indiana Jones in Disneysea is not a 360 degrees ride! It is just a very thrilling ride in the tunnel.

Indeed we took it!
The 360 degrees ride that we missed out is actually the Raging Spirits!

But it really looked like this Indiana Jones.

I was really scared about this ride.
Firstly, I was alone.
Secondly, it has lots of sudden start and stop.
Thirdly, there is a 360 degrees turn.
Up i go!
Climbing up and up with the heavy footsteps of mine.
Heart kept throbbing!

No one to scream to.
No one to hold on to.
No one sitting beside me.
And here i go, the first 360 degrees ride in my life.

It was really sudden start and stop.
The cart went up and up, suddenly downhill we are going.
Suddenly up and stop. Down we go again.
It was so sudden that i even knock my head against the handle.
At full speed, the 360 degrees turn is here!
The pressure was so strong that i couldn't even lift my head up to see the surrounding.

Nee chan~
We have to try this in Tokyo DisneySea again! Really fun! After my ride.
My hands were so hot and red because i held on the the handle so so tightly.

Wander around the Adventureland.

Cool ride! Skull looking cave.

Decided not to go in. Thinking that it was some kind of maze.

Next next! Fantasyland!Lots of kids at this area.

Mad Hatter's Tea Cups!
Kw really drove me crazy here!
He kept spinning and spinning like there are no end.
It is so fun!!! Though i got a headache after that. haha.

This time we didn't take this ride.

It is a small world!
Under maintenance.

In tokyo, we went in because we thought it is some sort of ride but in the end it is just a ride on a boat.

There are lots of plane flying across the skies of Paris.

I love Disney!

We went into the castle.Saw this big and weird dragon.
Don't think this picture is clear enough to see that.

As usual, there are always a jewelery store in the castle.

Pretty dresses in the store!
The french really love to doll up their kids as the princesses.

I want to cosplay too! but definitely not the princesses!

Kids love this. Don't they.Saw this Stitch T-shirt in the store. Really really love it so much and wanted to get it. But there is no size for me. Even the S size doesn't fit me. i think it is meant for the guys. And the pink one for ladies. Why can't ladies like stitich? Why they only had Stitch T-shirt for guys! So unfair. ): ):

My lanyard!
But i don't see any stitch ones around.
It is a must for me to get a stitch lanyard whenever i visit Disneyland!
Keep Finding!!

No idea who are they.
But just take a picture!

Cinderella!
Wanted to take a picture with her. We even queued up. But we got out of the queue within minutes. Realised that it was full of little kids in the queue. Too embarrass to fight with them.

Too real to be true.

The french love to get the kids autograph books! Every kid is holding on to that. Even the boys. Cinderella even asked the kids to give her a peck on the cheek. So sweet huh...

Behind this Cinderella area, there is a show coming up in 5 minutes. So we decided to catch the show.
Can remember the title. But it is something like "The Snow White that lives happily ever after"

Saw this 2 kids so i went up to them for a picture.
The younger sis is eating luh. Her mouth was covered with chocolate stain. haha.

They were really so adorable!
Sitting down quietly for the picture to be taken.
omg.. the elder sis smile so sweetly. Love them man...With the princesses dress.

Show has started! The dwarfs so cute.

Really happily ever after. No sign of evil queen.

After the show end, everyone began to crowd at the front. I wonder what is happening...
The Snow White and Dwarfs are coming down the stage.

Discoveryland!Couldn't tell you the difference between this and the one in Japan. I didn't take the ride as i did not want to take it alone. But it seems similar to the Indiana Jones. 360 degrees turn.
Kept thinking of the Space mountain ride i had in Japan.

My first ride: Beside me was the percuassion boy. Wei Jian. He was also scared luh.. haha... Then i kept screaming to my front row which is Arnanti and Kang Wei. Really thrilling experience.

Nee san, did we take once or twice? can't remember! But it is so fun. And the queue are so much shorter here. Within the first hour, i had completed all the thrilling rides i wanted to take.

Skipped the Space Mountain Mission 2 ride, we went to take the Autocar. The queue was so long. Wanted to get out of the queue but somehow, it is almost our turn. Not as boring. Entertained by this kid in front of me. She is really adorable. Holding on to her dad..

The queue for this is so so long!
And what is the kid doing on the floor?! He was practially rolling around.

Finally!Think i went too fast. No sign of FR.

oh! Here she comes! My little pink racing car.

Actually the ride isn't as fun as i thought. Stepping on the pedal is really tiring. It is more of a kids ride. Just keep stepping on the pedal. Don't have to turn at all.. It will keep following the track on its own.

The traffic light that got us seperated.

The dilligent Pinocchio writing on the kid's autograph book.

This Pinocchio is really active.

So lonely. Only 1 fan.

Amazing there are not many people who wants to take picture with all these creatures. In Japan, we had to squeeze and push to get a picture with them.

Peko peko!
Went to Pizza and Pasta store in Fantasyland to eat!
I found it i found it!
Found it in a store at Discoveryland! *smile*
There is this pin trading thing going on. French loves to collect pins huh...
Able to trade pins with any other tourist or staff.
My heart is filled with excitement that i immediately took off the packaging and wear it. Hoping to trade it with others to get a nice pin.Mickey and Minnie!

I kept walking around the store to check out who has the nicest looking badge around. It is really difficult to see. And i chose this glum looking cashier. When i asked if i can trade it, he took off his lanyard for me to take my pick. My mind isn't in the right state at that time. Too excited. But luckily i woke myself up! And i chose the Mickey that looked most collectible. But he really has that glum face. Not smiling at all.

Next on, I went to another store to buy a T-shirt for Nee chan. My last chance to change another badge! So after i paid for the shirt, i asked for a trade. Phew! Luckily this cashier has a Minnie pin. Trade a Minnie pin is so much better than trading a princess pin.

FR ordered the pizza set. With the choco bun and garlic bread.Mickey shaped pizza!

Didn't want to spend too much money so i only ordered the tea time set.I seriouslt seriously love this. The thick choco is melting in my mouth. Why can't the bread in Singapore be more generous? sigh...FR gave me one of the Mickey's ear.
Thanks!

Back to USA Main Street to shop!!

The crystal guy working so diligently.

Chip n Dale!
So cute! It is those kind of slippers that you wear at home.

M-I-C-K-E-Y

Really not many people attacking Mickey.

Remind me of the movie UP

Woohoo!
What a pity. I didn't manage to take a photo with Chip n Dale.

Dental School for Disney Character?

Too expensive to buy. But free to try!
Mickey FR taking picture for me.

Nee Chan, these are the only pins around.

Where where? I don't see them around!

Performance near the castle. But no time to go. ):

Can cut my bowl cut?

Deciding which post card to buy.
Saw the black thing i'm holding? My new ear muff!
Luckily i didn't buy it in Helsinki. This is like twice cheaper.

Postcard from Paris Disneyland!

Walt Disney Studio that we missed.
Tower of Terror!!

Bye Disneyland!

Rating of the 2 Disneyland i went.
If i were to give Tokyo Disneyland 5 stars, then Paris Disneyland is only worth 2 stars.
Why?

Firstly, Paris Disneyland adores the princesses. But i don't. I prefer Stitch. Can't manage to find much stuff.
Secondly, Paris Disneyland is for kids. Young adults like us shouldn't go.
Thirdly, every shop has the same item. Unlike Tokyo Disneyland where they have a specific shop that sells all Winnie the Pooh or Stitch stuff.
Fourth, they love autograph book but i love schedule book.
Fifth, the atmosphere is not there.

So why did i give 2 stars?
Because the queue to the rides are so short! And the rides are really thrilling!

Disappointed actually.

But i still love to go Disneyland. Many memories.
First with kw, arnanti and Wei Jian.
The time where i realised JJ and I clicked so well.
Then with Nee chan(my stitch partner) and Masa(King of Disney).
Now, with FR.
Lovely memories.

We left Disneyland early and went back to Val D'Europe to get some cheap goods.
The flowers are really pretty. You don't get to see these in Finland now. Too cold for them to survive.

A wallet for FR's brother.

Borrowed phone from FR to call nee chan.
And i got her and myself a CK watch each! Yay!!

Went in to most of the shops.
The items are cheaper by a lot actually. Almost by 50 euro or more. But still expensive. Rich people out there, i recommend this place. Cheap but there are limited colours and design.

Spend the rest of our time at Long Champ. My legs are really hurting this time.
Didn't want to go back so early so we went to get ourself a Paul's bun for dinner. Only i bought it actually. Bought the same one. Really love the chocolate inside. Don't tell people you came to Paris if you didn't try their bread.

My bed is in a mess. This is because i misplaced my pen. Emptied all my bags just to find a pen.
Placed everything on my bed so that i do not have to get out of my bed after bathing. My big island.

My shopping goods in Paris.
Didn't want to get much things but i ended up with all these.
sigh...

Finally, all packed.
This bag weighs almost 7kg!

FR treat me 1/4 of the bun! (:

Goodnight!
Got to rush for the plane tomorrow.
